Section 8: Meetings of the Tripartite Committee.

The meeting of the Tripartite Committee shall be convened by the Chairman, as may be expedient but not later than six months to the expiration of the existing national minimum wage, to consider a new national minimum wage, the proceedings and other supplementary provisions relating to the Tripartite Committee shall be decided by its members.
