Section 4: Removal from office of member of the Board.

(1) If it appears to the Minister that the chairman or any other member of the Board, other than an ex-officio member, should be removed from office on the grounds of misconduct or inability to perform the functions of his office, the Minister shall make a recommendation to the President.
(2)
If the President approves the recommendation, the Minister shall, in writing, declare the office of the member vacant.
