Section 21: Service of summons.

2011Section 21 of 25•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Any summons, notices, process or other document required or authorized to be served on the Institute under the provisions of this Act, or any law, shall be served by delivering the same to the Director-General of the Institute, or by sending it by registered mail to the Director-General at the principal office of the Institute.
