NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT, 2022.
Section 36: Re-entry of names into the register after removal.
Where a -(a) person provides proof to clarify that section 35 (1) (a) and (b) and the Institute is satisfied with such proof,
(b) criminal convict is granted a ministerial pardon on the recommendation of the Board,
(c) person was found guilty of misconduct that led to his dismissal on the recommendation of the Board, and
(d)
person is convicted for a second criminal conviction,
his name shall-
(i) in the case of paragraphs (a) and (b), be re-entered, and
(ii) in the case of paragraphs (c) and (d), not be re-entered, into the register.
