Section 45: Annual report.

The Council shall not later than six months immediately after the end of a year - (a) submit to the Minister a report on the activities and the administration of the Authority during the immediate preceding year and shall include in the report the audited accounts of the Authority and the auditor's report on the accounts; and
(b) present and publish the audited annual accounts, auditor's report on the accounts and reports on the activities of the Authority to the Minister.
