Section 41: Establishment of offices in States and FCT.

(1) The Authority shall with the approval of the Council, establish in each State of the Federation and Federal Capital Territory, offices for the Authority.
(2) The administration, finances and other functions of the States and Federal Capital Territory offices shall be determined by the Authority.
