Section 47: Establishment of National Blood Transfusion Services

(1)
The Minister shall establish the National Blood Transfusion Service for the Federation.
(2)
The Minister shall make regulations for the establishment and maintenance of the National Blood Transfusion Service.
(3)
Without prejudice to the provision of sub-section, (1) of this section, the states may set up Blood Transfusion Service as they find it appropriate within their Jurisdiction.
