Section 10: Service in the Commission. Act No.2 2004.

(1) Service in the Commission shall be an approved service for the purpose of the Pensions Reform Act.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall prevent the appointment of a person to any office on terms which preclude the grant of pensions and gratuity.
(3) For the purpose of the application of the provisions of the Pensions Act, any power exercisable there under by a Minister or other authority of the Federal Government (not being power to make regulations under section 20 thereof) is hereby vested in and shall be exercised by the Commission and not by any other person or authority.
