Section 6: Secretary of the Board and other staff

1991Section 6 of 14•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The chief executive of the National Council for Arts and Culture shall act as the secretary to the Board and be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day policy of the Board.
(2) The National Council for Arts and Culture shall post to the Board such other staff as the Board may require for the purpose of this Act.
