Section 12: Regulations

The Minister may make regulations generally for the better carrying on of the purpose of this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such regulations may make provisions for-(a) anything which is to be or which may be prescribed under this Act; and
(b) the form of any contributions made or raised under section 7 of this Act and which may be considered as deductible expenses in computing business profit for tax purposes.
