Section 1: Establishment etc of the National Council of Nigerian Vision

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Council of Nigerian Vision (in this Act referred to as "the Council").
(2) The Council-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
