Section 11: Interpretation

1969Section 11 of 12•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"appropriate authority" means the President;
"chairman" means the chairman of the Commission;
"Commission" means the National Commission for Rehabilitation as established by this Act;
"State" means a State of the Federation.
