Section 6: Directives by the Minister to the Commission

Subject to this Act, the Minister may give to the Commission directives of a general nature or specific directives relating generally to a particular matter with regard to the carrying out of the functions of the Commission under this Decree and it shall be the duty of the Commission to comply with such directives.
