Section 22: Prohibition on processing, etc., of seeds for commercial purposes

(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, no person other than a person registered under this Act shall produce or be engaged in the production, processing and marketing of seeds for commercial purposes.
(2) The provisions of this section shall not apply to a person growing and delivering seeds of any variety direct to another person without monetary consideration for use by that other person for sowing on the latter's own farm.
