Section 4: Tenure of office of members.

(1) The chairman of the Board shall hold office for a period of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further period of three years and no more.
(2) Subject to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, a member of the Board other than an ex-officio member shall, subject to the pleasure of the President, hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment and shall be eligible for reappointment for a further term of three years and no more.
