Section 1: Establishment of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority.

There is hereby established in the Presidency an authority to be known as the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (in this Act referred to as "the Authority") which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
