Section 8: Director-General of the Agency.

(1)
The President shall, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a Director-General for the Agency.
(2)
The Director-General shall be -
(a)
the Chief Executive and Accounting Officer of the Agency ; and
(b)
responsible for the execution of the policies, programmes and plans as approved by the Council ; and
(c)
responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Agency.
