Section 27: Power to make Regulations.

(1)
Subject to the approval of the Minister, the Agency shall have powers to make regulations for the proper implementation of the provision of this Act.
(2)
Any contravention of the provisions of a regulation made under this section shall be penalized as may be prescribed in the regulation.
