Section 22: Limitation of suits against the Agency.

(1)
The provisions of the Public Protection Act shall apply in relation to any suit instituted against any officer or employee of the Agency.
(2)
No suit shall be commenced against a member of the Council, the Director-General, officer or employee of the Agency before the expiration of a period of 60 days after written a notice of intention to commence the suit shall have been served upon the Agency by the intending plaintiff or his counsel.
(3)
The notice referred to in section 22(2) of this Act shall state -
(a)
cause of action ;
(b)
particulars of the claims ;
(c)
name and place of abode of the intending plaintiff ; and
(d)
relief which he claims.
