Section 21: Provisions of the Act severable.

If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person body corporate statutory body or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Act which can be given effect without that invalid provisions or application and this end, the provisions of this Act are severable.
