Section 16: Exemption from taxes.

2007Section 16 of 22•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Agency shall be exempted from the payment of income tax on any income derived by it under this Act or accruing to it from any Investments.
(2) The provisions of any enactment relating to tile taxation of companies or trust funds shall not apply to the Agency.
