Section 17: Staff regulations, etc.

The Board may make staff regulations and adopt staff conditions of service which are independent of the civil service of the Federation and which may provide for-(a) the remuneration and tenure of office of members of staff of the Agency;
(b) appointment, promotion, fringe benefits and productivity incentive of members of staff of the Agency; and
(c) appeals of members of staff of the Agency against dismissal or other disciplinary measures.
