Section 13: Secretary to the Agency

The secretary to the Agency shall also be the secretary to but not a member of the Board and shall-(a) head the administration directorate of the Agency and be in charge of the general administration of the Agency;
(b) prepare the minutes of meetings of the Board and its committees;
(c) keep and secure the record of the Board;
(d) issue notices of meetings of the Board as may be directed by the vice-chairman;
(e) be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the Board, subject to the directions of the vice-chairman;
(f) prepare draft expenditure, estimates and development plans of his directorate;
(g) have custody of the seal of the Agency; and
(h) perform such other functions as may be determined by the vice-chairman or the Board, from time to time.
