Section 24: Repeal of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2004

(1) The Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2004 is repealed.
(2) The repeal of the enactment specified in sub-section (1) of this section shall not affect anything done or purported to be done under or pursuant to that enactment.
