Section 94: Provisions for termination

An agreement entered into for a voyage, for a definite period, or for an indefinite period shall be duly terminated by:
(a)
the mutual consent of the parties;
(b)
the death of the seaman;
(c)
the loss or total unseaworthiness of the vessel;
(d)
any other circumstance that may be provided by law.
