Section 423: Notices, etc in writing and provision for posting

(1)
Any notice, authority, order, certificate, direction or other communication required or authorised by this Act to be given or made by the Minister to any person not being an officer appointed under this Act shall be given or made in writing.
(2)
Where any notice or document is required by this Act to be transmitted or sent, the notice or document may be transmitted or sent by post.
