Section 214: Application to unregistered ships

2007Section 214 of 445•Federal Republic of Nigeria

This part of this Act shall apply in the case of any unregistered ship which is by Part III of this Act required to be licenced in Nigeria or in any foreign country, as it applies in the case of Nigerian ships.
