Section 102: Forgery, etc. of agreement with crew

(1)
A person who fraudulently alters, makes any false entry in or delivers a false copy of any agreement with the crew to the superintendent commits an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine not less than five hundred thousand Naira, or to imprisonment for a term not less than two years or both.
(2)
A person who assists in committing, or procures to be committed any offence under this section, commits an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine not less than fifty thousand Naira or to imprisonment for a term not less than two years, or both.
