Section 13: Power of the Board to consider matters relating to training

(1)
The Board may consider and if it thinks fit, report to the Minister upon all matters relating to the professional and technical training and other qualifications required for admission to the profession under this Act and the conditions of practice after registration.
(2) The Minister may require the Board to advise him on any matter referred to in subsection (1) of this section.
