Section 6: Establishment of Academic Board.

(1) There shall be established an Academic Board which shall be responsible for the general direction and management of academic matters and other subjects referred to it from time to time by the Council
(2) Membership of the Board shall consist of-
(a) the Rector as the chairman;
(b) the Director of Education;
(c) the Heads of the Academic Departments; and
(d) such other members of the teaching staff as may be approved from time to time by the Council.
