Section 22: Annual reports.

The Council shall in each year make a report to the Attorney-General of its proceed under this Act during the proceeding year containing-(a) an account of its operation and transactions, throughout the preceding year; and
(b) a statement of its account audited in accordance with section 13 of this Act
