2011Section 45 of 50•Federal Republic of Nigeria
-(1) A party to any proceedings in the Magistrates' Court may appeal from the decisions of the Magistrates' Court to the
High Court in accordance with the provisions of the Magistrates' Court Law.
(2) A party to any proceedings in the High Court may appeal in accordance with the provisions of the
Constitution.
