Section 41

Notwithstanding any provision in any other Law, every warrant for possession shall bear the date after the day
mentioned in the Order for possession of the premises in question and shall be in force for three (3) months from
such date:
Provided that a Warrant may be renewed every three months but shall not exceed three (3) renewals.
