Section 4: Vesting of rights, etc.

(1) All the assets and liabilities held or incurred by or on behalf of the Specialist Hospital shall by virtue of this Act and without further assurance vest in the hospital renamed by this Act and shall be held by it for the purposes of the hospital.
(2) All agreements, contracts, deeds and other instruments to which the Specialist Hospital was a party shall, so far as possible and subject to any necessary modifications, have effect as if the hospital renamed by this Act had been a party thereto in place of the Specialist Hospital.
