As from the commencement of this Act, the Specialist Hospital Irrua, Okpebho Local Government Area of Edo State (in this Act referred to as "the Specialist Hospital") shall be known and referred to as the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital (in this Act referred to as "the hospital").
