Section 28: Registration of securities exchanges and capital trade points.

(1) No securities exchange or capital trade point as defined in section 315 of this Act shall commence operation unless it is registered with the Commission in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
(2) An application for registration as a securities exchange or capital trade point shall be made to the Commission in the prescribed form and in the manner specified by the Commission.
