Section 92: Inspection of documents, etc.

(1) A person may, on payment to the Commission of the prescribed fee, inspect or make copies of any filed document or obtain certified copies of any such document in the custody of the Commission under this Act.
(2) No fee shall be paid to the Commission for information supplied by it to the chief executive or to the address of the principal office in Nigeria of the insurer, reinsurers, insurance broker or loss adjuster.
