2003Section 86 of 103•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the National Insurance Commission (in this Act referred to as "the Commission") shall be responsible for administration and enforcement of this Act and is hereby authorized to carry out the provisions of this Act.
