Section 5: Application for registration.

(1) An application for registration as an insurer shall be made to the Commission in the prescribed form and be accompanied by a business plan and such other documents or information as the Commission may from time to time direct or require.
(2) For the purpose of this Act, life insurance and general insurance business shall be subject to separate application and registration.
