Section 48: Attendance to claims by foreign loss adjusters.

The Commission may permit a qualified or other recognised foreign loss adjuster to attend to claims in Nigeria on such terms and conditions as it may, from time to time, specify provided that the foreign loss adjuster handles the assignment with and in collaboration with at least one registered firm of loss adjusters already based in Nigeria.
