Section 100: Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990, etc., to supplement this Act.
The Provisions of this Act are without prejudice to the application of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and any other enactment applicable to insurance institutions under this Act which are companies registered under that Act, so however that where any of the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and other enactment is inconsistent with any provision of this Act the provision of this Act shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
