Section 9: Audited accounts of the Institute.

The Board shall keep proper accounts for the Institute in respect to each financial year and proper records in relation to such accounts, and shall cause the accounts to be audited by a firm of auditors approved by the Board and the result of the audit published within six months from the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate.
