Section 6: Tenure of Office of Members.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person elected as a member of the Board shall hold office for a period of 2 years from the date of election and may be re-elected for a further term of two years and no more, except the Registrar whose membership of the Board terminates when he or she ceases to be the Registrar of the Institute.
(2) Membership of the Board shall be on part time basis.
