Section 19: Funds for the Institute.

The Council shall establish and maintain a Fund, to be applied towards the functions of the Institute into which shall be paid —(a) all fees, and other money payable to the Institute under this Act;
(b) all grants, aids and solicited funds received for the Institute;
(c) proceeds from programmes and activities; and
(d) ail revenue from other sources both locally and internationally.
