Section 18: Library.

The Institute shall -(a) provide and maintain a library comprising of books, research materials, publications and other materials approved by the Council that will build the capacity of Environmental Practitioners;
(b) encourage research into environmental and other related subjects; and
(c) formulate and make rules and regulations guiding the use of the library in particular and the Institute in general.
