Section 18: Regulations

(1) Any regulations made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette as soon as may be after they are made, and the Minister shall as soon as may be after they are so published lay a copy of any such regulation before the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
(2) Rules made for the purposes of this Act shall be subject to confirmation by the Institute at its next annual meeting or at any special meeting of the Institute convened for the purpose, and if then annulled shall cease to have effect on the day after the date of annulment, but without prejudice to anything done in pursuance or intended pursuance of the rules.
