Section 10: Regulations.

The Minister may, make such regulations as may be required from time to time, for carrying into effect the object of this Act and, without prejudice to the foregoing, he may by regulations-(a) prescribe anything required to be prescribed under this Act; and
(b) amend, alter or vary any of the forms contained in the First Schedule to this Act.
