Section 28: Constitutional right of redress

Nothing in this Act shall preclude a person Iiving with HIV or affected by AIDS from seeking redress against any person or institution for any breach of his or her constitutional rights in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.
