Section 17: Arrest.

Any police officer, officer of the Federal Ministry of Mines, Power and Steel or any collector or supervisor of customs may without a warrant arrest any person who commits an offence against the provisions of this Act or the regulations made thereunder or whom he has reasonable grounds for believing has committed such an offence.
