Section 9: Emoluments, etc of members.

(1) There shall be paid to the Chairman of the Commission such salaries, allowances and benefits as the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission may, from time to time, approve.
(2) There shall be paid to other members of the Commission such sitting allowances and benefits as may be determined by the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission may, from time to time, approve.
